4/27/12- Man, hello Interwebs friends! The weather is gorgeous, but if you get a chance, get yourself on in here for a tattoo before sun and swim season hits! Healing a tattoo in the summer can be really uncomfortable, so do it now. I am getting a couple sessions in this week myself! It's been a while since I started my backpiece, and I am antsy to get it finished- all the fellas I work with are pretty well covered, and it's definitely motivating!

Still no immediate tattoo travel plans, but I will post here if and when that changes.

3/15/12~ I had a really great time, SLC! I worked all weekend and saw old friends and new and ate some tasty foods. I also discovered a new hobby...genealogy!

2\15\12~ Hello, interwebs! I hope you all had a happy Valentine's day and spent it with someone you love like me- t-bone Tuesdays at the tittie bar with some awesome lady friends and tat bros. I love me some steak. And glitter. But that's really another story...

1/27/12~ It's been a great trip so far! I'm really having a good time and enjoying meeting some new folks and seeing some old friends. I took the license exam last Friday and it went well...I was the first one to finish- not sure what that means, but I -think- that means I aced it. Since then just been kicking around, doing some tattooing, some beaching, some shopping. Oahu, you still have a couple days to get some work done before I leave.

1/17/12~ Honolulu, Hawaii- Try not to be too jealous. I will be sitting on the beach in a bikini, sipping a cold one, while you slave away at whatever it is that you do. I will try to capture the sunset on film at just the right moment for you, and yes, I will also sample many exotic fruits to recall to you when I return. I will also try some fish.
No doubt I will also go swimming in an ocean of deepest blue, and play with sea turtles and dolphins and a whale or two. Afterwards, a hot man will run to me with a towel of finest Hawaiian cotton.
If you were to purchase a ticket and come visit me, I would take you out with me on a snorkel and lunch boat ride, and then go shopping for flip flops at Ala Moana Mall- the finest  mall anywhere. Then perhaps we would sip a refreshing coconut bubble shake while a dancer juggled fire for us. Yes, I would do all this and more.
So don't miss me while I am gone, but know that I am enjoying the finest Hawaii has to offer

1/12/12~ Gosh, I've been so busy! Work at the new shop is going better than I could ask for, I'm seeing new faces, and plenty of loyal fans and I'm working really hard on custom pieces to make them as awesome as I can! I have a day off today...catching up on correspondences and not really getting to sit too long- I have a full day at Berenices salon with my girls to get beach ready for next week, and celebrating my daughter's birthday tonight. Back at it tomorrow! This weekend is booking up, and then I'll be taking appts on Tuesday before I leave Weds. Hawaii peeps can still reserve time, too, just send me an email.
The flash sets are printed and man, oh man! They look great. They are on a textured thick paper, and look as good as the originals. I am ready to ship and can take a CC! Please contact me if you'd like a set!

1/4/12~ Happy new year to all my clients and thank you for making my 2011 successful! I am so blessed to have such wonderful customers and friends.
Welcome baby new year! Bring me your ideas and dreams, your random thoughts and spur of the moment ideas, your memorials, kids, and of course Mom, and every tattoo you've been meaning to do.
Hawai'i in 2 weeks! And of course the weather here is a balmy 65f. If I'm going to go somewhere tropical, I want it to be a blizzard while I'm gone, dammit! I guess we'll see. I plan on passing my license exam with flying colors, and then living it up with my sisters, surfing, beaching, and...tattooing! Please contact me so I can fit you in.

experience, and you can tell. Her lines are straight, her work is precise, she's
got great  attention to detail, and she does a once-over to make sure she's
filled  in the whole tattoo.

She's nice, welcoming, and she'll tell you 
what works and what doesn't. She even distracts you while she's  tattooing so it
doesn't hurt as bad! :)

She makes you want to go  back and get others
because the experience is awesome, and so are the  tattoos! Just writing this

receive an amazing back piece from Alisha. The color choices are  spectacular.
The detail is amazing. Her lines are clean. I told her what I wanted and she
gave me WAY more than I expected. This work doesn't  just get comments from

Admittedly, I was a little nervous since I didn't know her at all, but not only did she put me at ease with her engaging convo, she also did a bang up job on my tattoo. Truth be told, it is a simple black symbol about 6"x6" on my back, but the outline and coloring was done with precision and attention to quality nonetheless. Incidentally, I am moving to Denver next year and she even had recommendations on areas I might be interested in living around.
